We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Range cookers and hoods

Range cookers are very heavy freestanding appliances and ship on a pallet; hoods, splashbacks and accessories ship by parcel or pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not installed. A registered gas engineer connects and commissions a gas range and a qualified electrician hardwires an electric or induction range, with the stated clearances, ventilation and anti-tip bracket. Griddles, care kits, liners and burner caps ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
